Remember to drink water when you exercise.

Drink before, during, and after your walk. Every system in your body depends on water. Lack of water can lead to dehydration, which can drain your energy and make you feel tired. If you exercise or engage in activity that makes you sweat, you need to drink extra water to compensate for the fluid loss. Stay hydrated this week by getting into the water bottle habit!
