Chicken & Leek Soup
¼ Tsp Grape seed oil 1 cup leeks finely sliced
½ cup celery, diced ½ cup kale, chopped
1 garlic clove chopped ¼ tsp thyme
1 bay leaf 7 oz. chicken, cooked
1 cup chicken stock ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
In hot non-stick pan with oil, add leeks, celery and kale; let cook.
Add garlic, thyme, bay leaf, chicken and stock: let boil until completely cooked. Top off with pepper.
