Gluten Free Mini Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

1 large banana

¼ tsp baking soda

1tsp vanilla

1 egg

Pinch of salt

3 tbsp honey

½ cup peanut butter

½ cup mini chocolate chips

Add all ingredients besides chocolate chips to a blender and blend until smooth. Fold in most of your chocolate chips reserving a couple tablespoons for the tops. Spray 24 mini muffins cups and fill each with batter about ¾ of the way up. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on tops of muffins. Bake at 400 degrees for about 7-10 minutes until golden.
