BAKED CINNAMON RUTABAGA
3 cup rutabagas, peeled and (fry-cut)
3 tbsp. grape seed oil
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
cocoa powder, to taste
Preheat to 350 Line baking tray with foil. Mix rutabaga and oil together than sprinkle in cinnamon and stevia. Spread rutabaga over baking tray, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes.
Let cool. Sprinkle cocoa powder and enjoy.
